The Hershey Company will hold its Voice of the Industry Webinar focused on The Evolution of Category Management webinar from 11 to 11:45 a.m. ET Tuesday, Feb. 25. The following industry executives will discuss the importance of expanding the breadth of category management to unlock growth at the retail level, according to a media release:
David B. Nolen
Vice President, U.S. Category Management & Shopper Insights, The Hershey Company
David Nolen is Vice President of U.S. Category management & Shopper Insights for The Hershey Company. In this role, Nolen is responsible for leading Hershey’s Category Management and Shopper Insights across the U.S. and partnering with retailers to drive total store and category growth. Prior to his current role, David was Senior Director, US Category Management for Small & Large format where he led the Category Management teams across Drug, Dollar, C-Store, Food, and Target. Since beginning his career at The Hershey Company in 1998, Nolen has held numerous cross-functional positions in Supply Chain, Category Management, Customer Service, and Customer Marketing.
Mike McMahon
President, Association of Retail and Consumer Professionals
Mike McMahon is the President of the Association of Retail and Consumer Professionals (ARCP). In this role, McMahon is responsible for building out and growing the value propositions for both Category Management Association and Shopper Insights Management Association members. Previously, McMahon was the President of the Path to Purchase Institute and held senior marketing roles at Conagra Foods and Nestle USA. At Conagra Foods, his team won the first-ever David Ogilvy Gold Award for Shopper Insights, and McMahon was inducted into the Path to Purchase Hall of Fame.
