    Energy drink brand Celsius launched Sparkling Cherry Cola, a "sweet and refreshing twist" on Celsius’ classic cola flavor.

    Celsius contains MetaPlus, a proprietary blend that "enacts thermogenesis to accelerate metabolism and increase caloric burn," according to the company's website. Its ingredients include green tea, EGCG, caffeine, guarana seed extract, taurine and ginger root extract.

    Touted as a perfect afternoon pick-me-up, the cherry-infused cola has seven essential vitamins and zero sugar. Sparkling Cherry Cola adds to Celsius’ line of flavors influenced by pop classics, providing consumers with alternatives to high-sugar beverages.
