Drinkable yogurt brand YoGusto to be acquired by Marquez Brothers

Marquez Brothers International Inc., a family-owned company specializing in authentic, branded Hispanic foods, will acquire Hato Potero Farm, the owner of the YoGusto brand.

Marquez Brothers International Inc., a family-owned company specializing in authentic, branded Hispanic foods, will acquire Hato Potero Farm Inc., the owner of the YoGusto brand.

The YoGusto is a market leader of drinkable yogurt products positioned for the “multicultural North American consumer market,” according to Marquez Brothers. YoGusto’s products include lactose-free milk, chocolate milk, sour cream and cheese. The company operates a plant in Clewiston, Fla., and a distribution center in Miami, providing jobs to approximately 70 staff members.
