Bevi, a Boston manufacturer of beverage kiosks founded in 2013, announced today it has received a $35.5 million Series C funding round led by Bessemer Ventures, along with Horizons Ventures and Trinity Ventures, Xconomy Boston reports.
The start-up is developing a water cooler that will save users' fine-tuned preferences.
Sean Grundy, co-founder and CEO of Bevi, says some of the updates they are planning for the new machines can be added through software updates to existing Bevi water coolers while others require a service technician to make the upgrades. He added the company is looking at hot drinks as well.
