A new offering within Cantaloupe’s Cheq platform, Suites enables suite owners to handle their food and beverage preorders and allows changes to preorders up until a preselected time via a desktop or mobile app. The software automatically updates orders for the concession provider. The feature helps eliminate the need for last-minute calls or manual data entry by suite attendants.

The software solution can be managed via self-service kiosk and mobile ordering solutions, integrated with the company’s Cheq platform, or used as a standalone product.

By reducing last-minute changes and streamlining pre-order management, Suites allows venue staff to focus on delivering exceptional customer service, the company says.
