Plant-based protein bar maker Tosi has revamped its recipe and packaging as it repositions the brand to focus on what is inside its products.

Plant-based protein bar maker Tosi has revamped its recipe and packaging as it repositions the brand to focus on what is inside its products.

Among the changes, the company removed refined sugar from its products, replacing it with coconut blossom nectar. The change was made in part due to fans’ requests for a product without refined sugar.

The redesigned packaging is focused on natural ingredients. Each plant ingredient is displayed, reinforcing its recipe and plant-based focus.

Newly appointed CEO Kevin Rutherford is working with company founders Stefanie Hults and Chelsea Gray to reposition the portable snacks.

“There’s no need to rely on artificial additives, sugars, or byproducts that are not good for you to fuel your day. Tosi is here to help be a wholesome, more honest alternative that you can truly feel good about eating,” Rutherford said in a release.
