Companies make shifts at the executive level to drive organic growth and meet the changing market demands.

Global commerce technology provider Nayax Ltd. appointed Keren Sharir to the newly created role of president in addition to her current responsibilities as chief marketing officer, effective immediately.

Sharir has served as CMO since 2014 for the provider of automated self-service technologies. As president and CMO, she will support the CEO in aligning business operations, increasing internal efficiency, steering the company’s growth efforts and continuing to manage the company’s marketing strategy, growth and brand.

In her time at Nayax, Sharir has played an integral role in building North American operations, opening the Nayax LLC office as general manager and helping to lead the company’s public markets debut in 2021 on the Tel Aviv Exchange.

Hershey Co. named Michael Del Pozzo president, U.S. Confection, effective September 16, overseeing a brand portfolio that includes Hershey's, Reese's and Jolly Rancher. Del Pozzo joins Hershey after stints at PepsiCo, where he most recently served as president and general manager of Gatorade.

In his new role, Del Pozzo will join Hershey's executive committee and work with its Hershey business unit leaders Kristen Riggs, president, Salty Snacks, and Rohit Grover, president, International, to advance the company’s strategic goals and meet the needs of consumers and customers.

Functional food and beverage provider NextFoods has added two new executives. Lella Rafferty has joined the company as chief marketing officer, and Mark Borden has joined NextFoods as chief financial officer. NextFood says in a release that it is looking to the former PepsiCo and Crocs executives to drive a new chapter of market leadership for NextFoods.

Rafferty has more than 15 years of marketing experience with global brands like Samsung and Gatorade as well as startups such as Noom. In her role at NextFoods, Rafferty will lead brand strategy and marketing efforts.

Borden has served as a financial executive in the CPG industry for more than 25 years with experience driving financial growth and stability. NextFoods will rely on Borden as it looks to continue to optimize its financial performance and invest strategically in its future growth.
