Five Star Breaktime Solutions Acquires Cool Springs Refreshments

Five Star Breaktime Solutions has acquired Cool Springs Refreshments LLC. The acquisition of the Nashville-based operation increases Five Star’s reach across the Middle Tennessee region and expands its ability to offer custom experiences and services to Nashville breakroom locations.

Cool Springs Refreshments was founded in 2004 by Robert Venables, who pivoted from a career in healthcare to launch a vending machine business. Venables grew the company into a multi-route operation serving nearly 60 customer locations through 130 vending machines and micro markets. According to its website, Cool Springs Refreshments offered gull service breakroom solutions including vending machines, micro markets, coffee and bottled water.
