Aramark acquires UK caterer Wilson Vale

Aramark acquired Wilson-Vale to enhance its portfolio for small B&I clients and independent schools in the UK. The catering company will retain its identity and offer creative customer menus based on seasonal quality ingredients that are locally sourced.

Aramark has acquired Wilson Vale, an independent foodservice company in the UK. Wilson Vale joins Aramark's UK business unit, which is part of its northern Europe operations.

Aramark said Wilson Vale will be a "key driver of high-quality growth and service delivery for small, premium business and industry clients and independent schools."

Cofounded by Andrew Wilson and Carolyne Vale, the independent caterer has long operated with seasonality, ingredient quality and local sourcing at its core. The Wilson Vale business will operate as an autonomous brand within Aramark’s UK portfolio and retain its existing leadership team, employees and suppliers.
