Southern California's Capital Provisions, a full-line vending and micro market operator, has acquired C&C Vending of Palm Springs, according to an announcement by Capital chief executive Woody Kassin. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
It's the first purchase by Capital Provisions in the Palm Springs area, adding a portfolio of vending accounts in the Coachella Valley, and it's the company's sixth acquisition to date.
"This acquisition marks the latest milestone in our ongoing efforts to establish a leading presence in southern California, as we continue to build on our successes to date," Kassin said.
"While there is a lot of important work ahead of us to deliver on the vast potential that C&C's operations possess," he continued, "we are confident that C&C's outstanding infrastructure and diverse and growing customer base positions us for substantial growth in the years to come."
