Quench acquires Rhode Island’s Eastern Pure Water

Filtered water solutions leader Quench, a Culligan company, said it has acquired Eastern Pure Water, a dealer of Wellsys-branded point-of-use drinking water systems based in Warwick, RI.

Established in 2016, Eastern Pure is a premium service provider throughout Rhode Island and adds more than 500 customers to Quench’s customer base in the Ocean State.

“This acquisition is our seventh already in 2021 and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting our dealers throughout their development from start-up to exit,” said Quench chief operating officer Todd Peterson.
