Chemesis International inks letter of intent with Elite Vend

Chemesis International Inc. said it has entered into a letter-of-Intent agreement with Elite Vend, a national vending machine operator and distributor.
Chemesis is a multi-state cannabis company providing an AI-based retail solution. It holds exclusive rights to the AI-powered Vicki machine that can be deployed in high-traffic areas.
Under terms of the agreement, Elite Vend will leverage its portfolio of existing equipment services and customer base to drive expansion of Chemesis’s Vicki AI platform for vended CBD products. Elite Vend will also provide fulfillment, distribution and technical facilities to Chemisis.
“The [Chemesis] team is extremely pleased with the continued support and traction the company is getting from vending market veterans,” said Chemesis president Josh Rosenberg.
“We believe strongly that our business plan will attract many partners who see our vision for the future of vending,” Rosenberg added. “We look forward to working with Elite Vend.
Elite Vend was established in 2010 and operates in Arizona, California, Florida and Washington, and maintains warehouses in each state. Its vending service categories cover OCS, water and ice, micro markets, and beverage and snack machines, the latter two offering NAMA FitPick menus.
The Pelican Group acted on Chemesis’s behalf to establish the partnership with Elite Vend.
Elite Vend chief executive Ryan Wear said Chemesis’s turnkey program “fits well with our go-to market approach and CBD fits our consumers value proposition.
