Filtered water provider Quench said it has acquired Trusource H2O Canada, a distributor of Quench's Wellsys brand of bottle-free drinking water systems based in Montreal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Quench, a Culligan company, provides filtered water solutions for businesses and dealer partners across the United States and Canada. Trusource is Quench's 10th since the beginning of 2020 and second acquisition of 2021. It will now be part of Quench Canada.
Founded in 2010, Trusource is Quebec's leading provider of bottle-free water coolers for away-from-home clients. Trusource H2O topper David Lacombe and founder Gal Karpfen will be joining Quench Canada's leadership team. Lacombe will serve as Quench Canada's general manager and Karpfen as national account manager.
Quench’s foray into Quebec's water market began with the acquisition of Jonli Water Services in late 2019. To further support Canadian customers, Quench recently launched a Canadian website featuring both English and French-Canadian options, along with details of products and services offered in Canada.
