Hostess Brands Says Company's Executive Chairman Will Serve As Interim CEO

Hostess previously announced the retirement of William Toler as the chief executive officer and president of Hostess Brands, Inc. on March 30 of this year, and is in the process of searching for his replacement. C. Dean Metropoulos, the company's executive chairman, is serving as CEO and president on an interim basis, according to SEC Filing.
