Chobani Continues Growth, Hires More Employees

Greek yogurt company Chobani is growing and will soon have more than 1,000 employees at its Twin Falls, ID plant, says MagicValley.com. The company indicates it will have hired at least 100 more people in the first half of 2016.

Earlier this year, the company announced a major expansion to its manufacturing facility in Twin Falls. Chobani is also preparing to launch two new product lines this summer.

A spokesperson for the company told the source that one of the biggest barriers to future growth is finding more employees, however, he noted that people are beginning to see Twin Falls as a place to call home. Chobani is making an effort to attract more people to the region and even expanded its talent search with a career event in Boise.
