Louisville, KY – Grindmaster‐Cecilware announced that Gregory (Greg) A. Meyer has been appointed Director of Engineering for the company. Greg will be based in Louisville, Kentucky and will be responsible for all aspects of engineering for Grindmaster‐Cecilware. Greg is a strong fit for the position with over 24 years of experience in multiple world class companies and International programs/projects.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University with professional certifications by multiple companies in Six Sigma, including serving as one of the first four Master Black Belts for Whirlpool Corporation.
Greg joins Grindmaster‐Cecilware after working as a contract engineer and Six Sigma consultant with previous experience in the Commercial Appliance industry at Manitowoc Food Service, Medical industry experience with Hill‐Rom and Residential Appliance experience with Electrolux, GE, Sunbeam and Whirlpool.
He has held positions including Design Engineer, Resident Engineer, Principal Design Engineer, Engineering Team Leader, Program Manager, Design Manager, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt throughout his carrier.
