(CHICAGO) July 23, 2014 – NAMA announced today that Dale Jarrett, former NASCAR champion, will be the special guest speaker at the Southeastern Vending Association (SEVA) 2014 Convention August 5-7 in Destin, Fla.
The convention, hosted by SEVA with support by NAMA, will be held once again at the Sandestin Resort and will feature a robust lineup of education, networking, social and family events, including dinner with special guest, Dale Jarrett.
Jarrett, a member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame and analyst for ABC/ESPN, will speak about real life experiences, from the early short track days of NASCAR racing to today’s corporate boardrooms. His comments will include the values instilled in him at an early age by his NASCAR champion father and the art of becoming a champion in life, beyond the racetrack.
Session presenters will include NAMA CEO Carla Balakgie who will discuss the state of the industry and Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, Eric Dell, will share a report on advocacy efforts and issues. State association meetings, industry updates, and fun-filled outdoor activities including golf and volleyball tournaments round out the agenda.
