A federal judge dismissed a chocolate price fixing lawsuit, favoring the nation’s largest makers of chocolate, according to Philly.com. The suit was filed by several large-name chains claiming Hershey Co., Mars Inc. and Nestle U.S.A. fixed prices, however, U.S. District Judge Christopher Conner determined there was no evidence of illegality.
