Tampa Maid Foods announces the addition of Mike Grimes as manager, culinary services. Grimes will be responsible for development and management of all culinary functions at Tampa Maid as it relates to recipes, new product ideas and presentations, sales literature, product training and any area concerning Tampa Maid’s product image in the marketplace.
Grimes began his culinary career after 10 years as an advertising professional and received his degree from Cordon Bleu North America in Orlando, Fla. He has many years of experience in the culinary industry and was most recently with Publix as their corporate recipe development manager, supporting manufacturing and retail customers for the Fortune 100 retailer.
Grimes lives in Lakeland, Fla. with his wife, Tami, and their family.
