Paul Tullio To Lead NAMA Emerging Leaders Network

Aug. 5, 2013

As the vending, micro market and office coffee service industry continues to evolve, training the next generation of leaders is more important than ever. To provide young executives with a forum solely focused on exchanging personal experiences with peers in their age group, NAMA is proud to announce the launch of the Emerging Leaders Network (ELN).

“Membership in NAMA’s Emerging Leaders Network provides young vending and refreshment services executives an opportunity to network with other NAMA members and influential industry leaders,” said Paul Tullio, chair of the group. Tullio manages the Orange County, Calif., office of Gourmet Coffee Service. “It gives young executives a platform to express their ideas and vision for the future of the industry,” he continued.

The group’s mission, to cultivate young talent in the vending and refreshment services industry through implementation of education and networking, is accomplished by leveraging the experience and perspective of NAMA members to help foster superior leadership skills. The group already has more than 25 active members.

“As members of NAMA, we are fortunate to be part of an active and close-knit industry,” Tullio said. “Until now, one missing link has been a group dedicated to emerging leaders. I’m honored to serve as chair to lead the ELN for an industry with so many influential leaders with so much to offer.”

ELN members, industry leaders 40 years of age or younger, are entrepreneurs actively pursuing a higher level of professionalism in the vending and refreshment services industry. Membership is available at no cost. Tullio and NAMA are planning an ELN event at this year’s CTW show. To learn more about ELN membership, contact Roni Moore at [email protected].
