Unilever Says 'No' To Kraft Heinz $143 Billion Takeover Bid

Unilever recently rejected a $143 billion take over bid from Kraft Heinz, reports Reuters. Unilever says the price, $50 a share, did not have "strategic or financial merit" according to the source. There is evidence however that Kraft Heinz would be open to a higher bid and might try to reach agreeable terms.
