CTW wraps up today in New Orleans
The 2024 Coffee Tea & Water (CTW) event concludes today in New Orleans. The reimagined event for office coffee service (OCS) operators and unattended retail professionals has lived up to its promise of a collaborative event. The well-attended sessions center around panel discussions featuring experienced industry professionals, fostering breakout discussions with session attendees.
Linda Saldana of Seventh Wave Refreshments and Tom Steuber of Associated Services, both active members of the NAMA Task Force that helped plan the event, kicked off the educational program, along with help from event emcee and “conference conductor” Darren Martin. The event serves as a moment to recognize that “what got you here won’t get you there” and the risks of sitting still. The lesson of COVID for any OCS operator is to remember that it is always a time of change, and OCS operators cannot afford to stand still.
The exhibits in the Connection Hub, the expo portion of the show, run adjacent to the sessions. Among the discoveries on display are a redesigned Bevi, a countertop Red Bull dispenser, new and refreshing entrants in the RTD market, new and refreshed brewers from several brands, and new technology solutions.
CTW 2024 is produced by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) with significant OCS operator input. Learn more at https://namactw.org.
