Michele Buck will lead Hershey’s U.S. confection business as the search new president begins

Michele Buck, president and CEO of The Hershey Co., will assume leadership of the U.S. confection business while the company identifies a successor.

Michael Del Pozzo, president of U.S. Confection business for Hershey, will depart The Hershey Co. effective December 12, 2024. He will return to PepsiCo — where he had worked his entire career before joining Hershey — and assume a new leadership role.

According to a release from Hershey, Buck will work with the U.S. confection leadership team during this interim period to lead the business while seeking a permanent successor to Del Pozzo from a pipeline of internal and external candidates.
