Google Wallet is losing money, in part because consumers haven’t embraced the mobile wallet as much as Google had hoped, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. Google Wallet, which allows payment via smartphone at the point of purchase, including some cashless enabled vending machines, has only been added by 10 million consumers over two years, and there are rumors Google is considering stopping the program altogether.
