The addition will help Flavorman better serve the demand for custom beverage development services.

Custom beverage developer Flavorman has opened its $8.5 million new production facility in Lousville. The facility, located adjacent to its existing building, is part of the company’s plan to scale up its “beverage campus” and facilitate its rapid growth in the beverage industry.

Named after the company’s long-time warehouse manager, the Scott Reed Production Building includes enhanced blending equipment, increased production space and laboratories designed to allow larger production runs. The 28,000 ft2 building bolsters the company’s capacity for bulk flavor production and other services. The new space will also expand Flavorman’s bottling/canning capacity and processing and bulk storage operations.

“The new facility represents an exciting leap forward for Flavorman and our clients,” said Scott Weddle, CEO of Flavorman. “With this facility, we’re not just expanding our physical footprint; we’re expanding our ability to innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible in beverage creation.”
