An Amazon spokesperson recently told the Business Times that it would begin accepting cash at its San Francisco locations, but didn't provide details as to when or what that would look like. Based on the Board of Supervisors' vote earlier this month, however, the 30-day clock is already ticking.
Amazon's newest location — its fourth within the past seven months — will be its second largest compared to its 2,300-square-foot space on California Street. It will fill the southwestern corner space formerly occupied by Ann Taylor, which downsized its space about a year ago.
