Nestle Hires Bio-Tech Firm To Help Lower Sodium Levels

Nestle has hired New Brunswick, N.J.-based bio-tech company Chromocell, to help it lower the sodium levels of its products, according the N.J. News. Chromocell will look for other ingredients that will strengthen the taste of salt. Full article
