Fixturelite helps Marché deliver white glove service to New York area and beyond
Brandon Mandile and his team at Marché have been in the micro market and pantry business long enough to understand the importance of valuable supplier partners. For Marché, Fixturelite is a partner that helps them deliver “white glove service.”
Launched in 2019
In 2019, Brandon launched Marché along with some key players:
- Billy Mandile, chief executive
- Elvis Roa, operations manager
- William Mandile, client experience manager
All are veterans of Champion Vending, a company that was acquired in 2016. Marché serves greater New York City and surrounding areas.
Marché gets it
“The experienced team that makes up Marché absolutely get it,” said Troy Geis, cofounder of Fixturelite, the industry’s leading supplier of micro market retail displays, equipment and design tools. “They understand that micro markets and pantry service are not vending – in fact, they don’t even focus on vending. They invest in their locations, creating an optimal experience for their micro market and pantry clients.”
Rapid growth in prime locations
“We are very successful with our micro market operations, but in Manhattan, pantry service is also an area where were devoting a tremendous amount of focus,” said William Mandile. “We are growing quickly in pantry because we provide a level of white glove service that our clients need and demand. We understand what employers are taking into consideration when wanting to create the best workplaces. Our level of service gives us competitive advantage and our locations see pantry service as an important perk for employees returning to the workplace.”
Soup to nuts
Marché is focused on providing full-service office refreshment, with everything, including OCS and catering, being handled in-house. “From the very beginning, we decided that we needed to directly provide everything that our clients need, from soup to nuts,” said Elvis Roa. “Our clients love that.”
Design is now critical
Everyone on the team at Marché has seen increased client interest in the experience they expect us to create in their break room. Design is more important than ever. “Fixturelite helps us to maximize our sales in both pantry and micro market locations,” William noted. “From the design – to lighting and other key product display features, Fixturelite shares the same goal that we have – to deliver an exceptional customer experience.”
Hard to beat
Billy Mandile said that like Marché, Fixturelite is committed to providing best in class products, and services. “When you add the level of service that we provide with the quality of a Fixturelite market, that’s a combination that is hard to beat,” he said. “Fixturelite gives us so many options to choose from and that makes them a perfect fit for a variety of locations, from pantry to micro markets.”
Growth – clients and staffing
Marché currently has eight routes, but as office populations build, they expect that number to steadily increase, especially with the amount of referral business that is coming in. “Not everyone performs like Marché and the word is spreading among facility managers,” William said.
Sodexo Alliance partner
In addition to operating in the greater New York area, Marché is a Sodexo Alliance partner, which opens the door to additional opportunities. “We have customers in New York that want services out in California or other cities throughout the United States, but we don’t just assign business to an operator,” William explained. “We vet them, we oversee what is happening and we make sure that our partners have the same mindset as we do.”
Impressing clients every time
Once you work with Marché, you realize what an exceptional operator they are,” said Steve Orlando, Geis’s business partner at Fixturelite. “Every project that we are involved in with them is impressive to both us and their clients. Having been an operator myself for ten years – I would not want to compete against Marché. As Troy pointed out – they absolutely get what it takes to succeed in this business. Marché has left vending behind and have taken their operation to the next level.”
