Even as operator confidence in Q2 for the sales outlook for the next three months had a slight decline from the previous quarter, 82.4 percent of operators said the percentage of revenue from micro markets increased in the second quarter of 2019. The majority of operators - 60 percent - continue to believe that adding new locations would be the strongest growth driver of the segment. However, 20 percent of operators selected better operational processes as the strongest growth driver, which is a dramatic increase from the previous quarter.
