CES Technology Event Kicks Off In Las Vegas, Debuts Next Generation Of Innovation

Technology innovation is kicking off the New Year at CES® 2016 in Las Vegas, NV. The event, which companies big and small use to introduce the latest innovation to the global market, runs from Jan. 6 through Jan. 9.

“From robotics, 3D printing and unmanned systems to automotive tech, wearables and beyond, our world is changing as technology connects us all and works to solve the impossible,” said Gary Shapiro, president and CEO of the Consumer Technology Association.

This year marks the largest exhibit floor in the show’s history, with more than 3,600 companies, including 500 startups according to a press release put out by the Consumer Technology Association, who produces the show.

Vending industry innovator USA Technologies announced earlier this week that Maeve McKenna Duska, senior vice president, marketing, will be a speaker at the Digital Money Forum, which is new to CES.

Meanwhile, vending industry startup Gimme Vending revealed on Twitter that its products are being featured at CES by Rigado LLC.
