CAMDEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB) today announced that Ellen Oran Kaden, Senior Vice President – Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer, has informed the company of her decision to retire from Campbell on May 1, 2015. Kaden, 63, has served as Campbell’s chief legal officer since she joined the company in 1998. She will step down from her current role on January 31, 2015, and serve as Senior Advisor to the CEO through May 1.

The company will conduct a search for Kaden’s successor. Both internal and external candidates will be considered.
