Rowe Bill Changers, LLC, (Rowe) will become a strategic addition to the Valley-Dynamo Companies on October 15, according to an announcement from Tom Kozlik, vice president of Rowe.
In a prepared statement Kozlik said “This transaction offers many significant benefits for Rowe bill changer owners, distributors and stakeholders. Valley Dynamo is infusing excitement and financial investment that provides compelling new opportunities for Rowe now and in the future. Together we will continue to support our valued customers and provide innovative solutions for the money handling industry.”
Rowe will operate as its own company and continue to focus on the needs of the money handling industry, indicated Kozlik.
Rowe operations are being consolidated into one location in Richland, TX, over the next few weeks and contact information will need to be updated, however, the company will continue to support and innovate its bill changer product line.
