California County Council Backs GMO Food Labeling

California’s Napa County Local Food Advisory Council voted unanimously to endorse a genetically modified organisms (GMO) food-labeling bill that would advocate that federal and state regulators require GMO foods to carry labels, according to the Napa Valley Register.
