California County Council Backs GMO Food Labeling

California’s Napa County Local Food Advisory Council voted unanimously to endorse a genetically modified organisms (GMO) food-labeling bill that would advocate that federal and state regulators require GMO foods to carry labels, according to the Napa Valley Register. The bill now heads to the Napa County board of supervisors. Full article
