Arch Vending Inc. Acquires Walter C. Knack Co.

Arch Vending Inc. announced that it has acquired Walter C. Knack Co., according to Sauk Valley news. Both businesses are located in Dixon, Ill. Walter C. Knack Co. began as a vending machine company in 1969. The deal was finalized in late October and two of the six Knack employees will move to Arch vending. Full article.
