Fatal Accident At S&D Coffee & Tea

Police investigate a fatal accident Monday, January 8, at a S&D Coffee & Tea coffee manufacturing plant in Concord, NC, according to WSOC. According to the news source, S&D Coffee & Tea released a statement Monday afternoon confirming the fatal accident. S&D went on to say they are "devastated" and doing what they can to support employees and the worker's family and friends, including bringing in counselors and support resources.
