As Customer Service Supervisor, Lauren will manage all day-to-day activities of the customer service team and its interactions with customers, sales reps and international distributors, as well as other internal Server Products departments.
Lauren has been growing her responsibilities within the department and throughout Server as a whole for six years. Leading up to her promotion, she has been developing and overseeing basic training for new team members and creating new processes and procedures for the department. In her new position, she will expand upon these programs to ensure Server continues to deliver top-notch customer service.
