AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amplify Snack Brands, Inc. announced the recent appointment of Joshua Gittler as Senior Director Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, reporting to Brian Goldberg, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Gittler has over ten years of corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets experience. Most recently he spent six years with Jefferies, LLC as a Senior Vice President in Consumer and Retail Investment Banking where he advised corporate clients across the food, beverage and consumer products landscape. Prior to Jefferies, he worked in various investment banking and capital markets roles at TD Securities (USA), LLC, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Gittler holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also graduated with High Distinction from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business.
