The International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA) announced the results of its manufacturer benchmarking survey, naming Sugar Foods Corp. the winner of the 2013 Achievement Award for Excellence in Product Innovation. Sugar Foods was also recognized as one of the Top 5 IFDA partners of the year.
Sugar Foods Corp. was awarded high marks in two categories. It was named as one of the Top 5 manufacturers “working to address issues critical to the success of the distribution industry.” The company was also recognized as a Top 5 manufacturer “engaged as a strategic partner” to distributor customers. The survey benchmarked the 50 leading foodservice manufacturers that comprise the IFDA Partners Program.
