Vendgogh, provider of “Gas Island Vending Solutions,” announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Northwest Pump & Equipment Co., a solution integrator to convenience stores in nine states, California, Washington, Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Nevada and Hawaii.
Northwest Pump will market, install and maintain Vendgogh’s patented “Gas Island Vending” solution which allows gas customers to purchase and pick up a cold beverage right at the pump island.
“This is a great service that allows the gas customer to purchase a drink with a single swipe of their credit or debit cards without ever leaving the fuel island”, said Gregg Miller, president of Northwest Pump, in a prepared statement. “This also allows convenience stores to increase revenue from customers who do not go inside the store.”
Vendgogh’s vending systems are currently installed at Kangaroo Express (Pantry), Murphy Oil, and Douglas Distributing gas locations in the southeast and Texas. “We are looking forward to working with Northwest Pump to reach the 75 percent of gas customers that never go into the store. This is the ultimate convenience for those customers,” said Mark Baric, Vendgogh CEO.
