Microtronic US, LLC is pleased to announce that Steve Bryant has joined the firm as national sales manager. As the former owner/operator of Columbian Coffee & Vending Service in High Point, N.C. for 32 years, and then three years as a sales/customer service representative for Gallins Foods in Winston Salem, N.C., Bryant is very knowledgeable about the vending and food service industry.
For the past 7 years, he has had hands on experience with cashless payments systems in vending and manual food service, and how it can enhance an operator’s customer appeal, and bottom line. This includes personal perspective on operating procedures, promotional and loyalty rewards features, and how to use the cashless technology as a tool to attract the right kind of customer, and how to help that customer become “the right kind of customer.”
Bryant strengthens Microtronic US’s cashless payment strategy with additional Micro Market and Point of Sale payments expertise. In particular, he has experience in understanding core cashless payment systems and the needs of vending operators, both small and large.
