Editor’s Insight: Hydration stations give refreshment service operators a way to expand their offerings to customers. Single-serve bottled water is not going to go away any time in the near future. On 10-14-11, VendingMarketWatch reported that packaged bottled water sales have returned to a growth mode in a recent 52-week period, despite the recession. But there is no reason that refreshment service operators should not offer customers all possible options.
