Campbell Soup Co. was honored by the National Business Group on Health, a nonprofit association of large U.S. employers focused on innovative health care solutions, for its ongoing commitment and dedication to promoting a healthy workplace and encouraging employees and their families to support and maintain healthy lifestyles.
Campbell was among 48 U.S. employers that received the 2011 Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles award at the Leadership Summit. Campbell received a gold award for its comprehensive approach to promoting healthy lifestyles. This marks the sixth year Campbell has received an award.

Campbell takes a comprehensive approach to promoting healthy lifestyles by integrating its healthcare benefit programs with worksite wellness. The company offers a variety of worksite wellness programs, such as: Medical Decision Support,TM a program that offers employees in-depth, personalized and current information on medical conditions, as well as concierge services, health assessments, lifestyle management coaching, smoking cessation, and preventive care coverage, among other programs. Campbell also started an annual award program to recognize employees who have made and/or sustained healthy lifestyle choices.
