Grindmaster-Cecilware Corp. announced that Michael G. Tinsley has joined Grindmaster-Cecilware as chief executive officer. Tinsley returns to the beverage and food equipment industry, having served as an executive with American Metal Ware and H&K International early in his career. Tinsley has served as a board member of North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers and was active in the Manufactured Agents Association for the Foodservice Industries, and Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association. He was most recently chief executive officer of Permian Holdings.
Paul Echausse, chairman of the board, said in a prepared statement, “Mike’s broad operational experience, deep customer knowledge and consistent high achievements in significant leadership roles equip Mike to provide the type of inspired and insightful hands on experience that can significantly contribute to the long term success of Grindmaster-Cecilware™.”
