Bake Xpress, from Le Bread Xpress

Bake Xpress, a Le Bread Xpress micro-bakery machine, stores, bakes and delivers on-demand gourmet pizza, croissants, quiche and pastries. The micro-bakery can hold 70 products in its fridge. Dual heating oven technology provides goods in only tens of seconds, 24/7. The machine includes a large 55” LCD screen allows menu selection, as well as connected user interface (UI), through a cloud-based interface for remote monitoring, diagnostic and tracking.

Bake Xpress was released in October 2019 with 10 machines already in operations in Silicon Valley.
