Kansas City Commission To Auction Old Vending Machines

In Leavenworth, KS, dozens of vending machines from the 1970s and early 1980s are being auctioned online after being discovered in the basement of a building the city purchased in August, according to The Leavenworth Times. There are 19 beverage machines and 15 snack/cigarette machines. Bids are being accepted through Purple Wave Auction service until October 23.
