Server Products Boosts Engineering & Product Development Teams

Richfield, WI (Sept 6, 2017) – Server Products is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Fleming as Director of Engineering and the transition of John Rayburn to Director of Product Innovation.

In the capacity of Director of Engineering, Mike will lead Server’s engineering team and direct all aspects of engineering activities and projects. He is a proven, advance degreed professional with more than 30 years of progressive engineering, operations and quality management systems experience. Most recently he’s held leadership positions with GE Healthcare and Pentair. Mike has vast experience in the manufacture of medical devices, and in engineered water filtration and pumping systems. Server Products President, Kris Falkner, says bringing on Fleming is an important hire for the company. She says, “Mike’s hands-on engineer/leadership style, project management, and problem solving skills will be a great asset to Server, and his quality background will allow for a great level of collaboration in helping everyone at Server drive quality throughout the organization.”

John Rayburn, in his role as Director of Product Innovation, will lead Server’s new product development and custom operator solution initiatives that deliver benefit-driven equipment to meet today’s trending food and beverage challenges. John has been with Server for 13 years, most recently in an engineering leadership position, and has spent over 30 years in the industry, holding various restaurant operations management positions. John’s extensive background gives him real-world perspective on how to best help operators serve responsibly by reducing waste, conserving energy, cutting costs, and saving time.
