Santa Fe, NM-based National Water Services and its FreshPure Waters brand are celebrating 25 years of delivering contaminant-free water, according to The New Mexican. The company manufactures and provides water vending machines to health-related stores and outlets around the U.S.
Greg Friedman and Robert Higginson founded the company in 1991 which has grown to 18 employees as well as service and repair contractors. Today, the company has FreshPure® Waters systems in natural and organic food stores in 38 states and Canada.
The company’s vending machines, according to the source, can remove hundreds of potential contaminants delivering finely filtered water in three ways -- reverse osmosis filtered water, deionized water and high pH/alkaline water.
