Orlando, FL-based Pizza Touch will start rolling out around 100 pizza vending machines across Central Florida in the coming months, according to Wesh.com. Although the locations of the vending machines haven’t been determined, the company wants to place them in hotels, hospitals and universities. One pizza vending machine currently operates at a convenience store in Lakeland.
The user of the machine inserts $6 via credit card, cash or coins, and then decides the pizza type. The automated machine then places the 9-inch pizza in an almost 600 degree oven and bakes it for about 2 minutes.
