Lavazza Launches Coffee Subscription Service in the U.K. Targeting Offices

Comunicaffe reports that Lavazza has launched an office-focused subscription service to position itself as the coffee brand of choice when consumers start returning to the workplace. Piloting this initiative in the U.K., where only one in five consumers reportedly plan on working from home after the threat of COVID-19 has lifted, this is an effort that convenience service operators should closely watch as more CPG brands are focusing on direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
