The Green Coffee Association (GCA) announced that registration for its 2014 convention is now open. The GCA Convention will take place June 4 to 6 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel in Norfolk, Va.
The show includes a tour detailing the coffee process. Attendees can visit the Virginia International terminals, RPM warehouse, Continental warehouse and Massimo Zanetti Beverage plant. There will also be a number of educational sessions on the economic and commodities outlooks.
Cost to attend is $450 for members and $600 for non-members. Spouses are $275. A special room rate of $119 has been negotiated at the Marriott Norfolk Hotel and is valid through May 20, 2014. Reservations should be made online.
